Are you a teacher who is thinking about the next step in your career? The Inspire Career Pathway Series is created to help educators explore different career directions and understand what it takes to grow beyond the classroom.

In the first session of the series, From Teacher to Trainer: Step Into the Next Level, we will explore what it really means to become a trainer, how the trainer role is different from teaching, and whether this pathway is the right next step for you. You will not only learn about the role, but also experience a trainer-style activity to better understand the skills and mindset required.  

By the end of the session, you will:

• Understand the key differences between a teacher and a trainer

• Experience a trainer-style activity

• Identify your current skill gaps

• Decide whether the trainer pathway is suitable for your career development
