Ownership & Copyright:
All course content, training materials, manuals, extra resources, presentations, slides and any other intellectual property developed by Inspire Training & Development are the exclusive property of the company unless otherwise stated. Any third-party materials used within the content will be appropriately credited and used under their respective licenses.
Permitted Use
Trainees and authorised educators may use Inspire Training & Development materials solely for personal learning and professional development.
Trainers employed or contracted by Inspire Training & Development may use the materials for instructional purposes within approved training programs.
Content may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed outside of authorised training programs without explicit written consent.
Modifications & Derivative Works
Materials may not be altered, adapted, or repurposed without prior approval.
Any approved modifications must retain appropriate attribution to Inspire Training & Development.
Attribution Requirements
When referencing or quoting content from Inspire Training & Development, proper attribution must be given, including company name and original material title.
Any use of third-party content within Inspire Training & Development materials must follow the respective licensing requirements of those works.
Third-Party Content & Licensing Compliance
Any third-party materials incorporated into Inspire Training & Development content must be used in compliance with their respective licensing agreements.
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright laws when integrating external resources into training sessions or course adaptations.
Enforcement & Breach Consequences
Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of Inspire Training & Development materials may result in legal action.
